Warranty
All DFX Powerball products include a 90-day warranty covering manufacturing defects only. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
To start a return, sign in to your customer account using your purchase email and submit a return request. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
