Domestic Shipping

International Shipping

Please email support@dfxpowerball.com • International orders require longer processing times than domestic orders. Important Notice: For all international orders the customer may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges, cannot determine what they may be and customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.

Returns

A return authorization, or RA, the number must be obtained from DFX Powerball Customer Service at 714-630-0909, and a copy of the original sales receipt must accompany the returned merchandise for warranty evaluation. DFX Powerball will not accept warranty returns without a copy of the original sales receipt. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. All return must have an RA#. For warranty evaluation, your DFX Powerball products must be returned directly to: DFX PowerballATTN: Input RA #1144 N Grove St., Anaheim, CA 92806   All shipping for Warranty claims must be prepaid and insured. DFX Powerball cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. The RA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package, otherwise, the return may be subject to refusal at the owner’s expense. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the warranty claim to be processed once it’s received by dfx powerball. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
