Domestic Shipping
UPS Shipping: We offer various UPS shipping methods for all domestic orders.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 72 business hours for order processing before shipment.
International Shipping
USPS Shipping: All international orders are shipped via USPS by default.

Warranty & Returns Policy
Warranty
All DFX Powerball products include a 90-day warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover wear-and-tear, misuse, or accidental damage. If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us at info@dfxpowerball.com.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
To start a return, sign in to your customer account using the email address you used to place your order. A one-time password will be sent to your email so you can sign in and initiate a return request.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Items that are on sale or marked as final sale cannot be returned.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
