I have been using the Edge gyros for years. My forearms have *shape* from nothing but gyro workouts, and revving the Edge gyros up to max is normal. The Dynamax makes me feel like I've been slacking off like a couch potato. Start the Dynamax by pulling the cord gently, letting it get faster and faster with lots of pulls. Then grasp it with both hands, then find the resistance and pattern. The huge gyro will get faster and faster, and you will be making fatigue-pain faces during your workout. Never mind the videos, this is boss-fight-level workout. This is great, and I wish these were more well-known.

I've been using the Trigger Pro for about 2 months now and I've noticed more strength in my trigger pull. I seem to be able to practice longer on the range before getting hand fatigued. I just feel stronger and notice better accuracy. Good product!

Just received it. I bought the starter as well because I went thru starter strings on my old original. Runs smoothly and starts easy. Quiet so far. I use it two to three times a day.
